積極開展春節(jié)復(fù)工安全教育，把好安全生產(chǎn)關(guān)

    安全生產(chǎn)，教育先行。為切實(shí)做好春節(jié)后復(fù)工安全工作，保障復(fù)工工作安全有序。公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)高度重視，在公司行政例會(huì)和安全生產(chǎn)專項(xiàng)會(huì)議上精心安排部署，要求各部門/車間于2月8日-2月29日持續(xù)開展春節(jié)后復(fù)工安全環(huán)保教育培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)。

        For safety production, education should be first. To effectively ensure the safety of resuming work after the Spring Festival and guarantee the safety of resuming work in order, the company leadership attaches great importance to the training, carefully arranges and deploys it in the company's administrative meetings and safety production thematic meetings. It is required that all departments/workshops continue to carry out safety and environmental protection education and training activities after the Spring Festival from February 8th to February 29th.

針對春節(jié)后船舶維修改裝業(yè)務(wù)小高峰的到來，項(xiàng)目施工作業(yè)面廣、人員管控難度加大、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)增多等問題，結(jié)合當(dāng)前嚴(yán)峻的安全生產(chǎn)形勢，公司要求各部門/車間結(jié)合實(shí)際情況和特點(diǎn)。嚴(yán)把教育培訓(xùn)關(guān)，加強(qiáng)春節(jié)后復(fù)工“三級(jí)”安全教育。認(rèn)真開展反違章作業(yè)、反違章指揮、反違反勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律的反“三違”活動(dòng)。

In response to the arrival of the small peak of ship maintenance and modification business after the Spring Festival, the wide range of project construction operations, the difficulty of personnel control, the increase of risk points and so on, based on the current severe safety production situation, the company requires all departments/workshops to combine the actual situation and characteristics. Strictly control education and training, and strengthen the "three-level" safety education for resuming work after the Spring Festival. Seriously carry out anti violation operations, anti violation commands, and anti violation activities against labor discipline.

◇ 【車間級(jí)】復(fù)工安全教育培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)。培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容主要包括：節(jié)后“收心”思想總動(dòng)員，本車間安全生產(chǎn)狀況及安全管理規(guī)章制度，主要工藝流程、工作環(huán)境及危險(xiǎn)因素、相關(guān)事故案例分析等。

The training content mainly includes: mobilization of post holiday "concentration" thinking, workshop’s safety production status and safety management rules and regulations, main process flow, working environment and hazardous factors, cases analysis of relevant accident, etc.

◇ 【班組級(jí)】復(fù)工安全教育培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)。培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容主要包括：節(jié)后“收心”思想總動(dòng)員、本班組主要工作流程及可能發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素，班組安全管理規(guī)范及崗位操作規(guī)程，設(shè)備操作培訓(xùn)及環(huán)境保護(hù)相關(guān)要求，突發(fā)事故時(shí)的處理方法等。

The training content mainly includes: mobilization of post holiday "concentration" thinking, the main work flow and potential hazards of the team, safety management standards and job operation procedures of the team, equipment operation training and environmental protection requirements, handling methods in case of emergencies, etc.

本次復(fù)工教育培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)既是公司對2024年安全生產(chǎn)工作的一次引領(lǐng)學(xué)習(xí)，又是對全年安全工作的一次動(dòng)員和部署。通過開展教育培訓(xùn)，更加透徹地普及了安全管理知識(shí)，激發(fā)了員工對安全環(huán)保工作、活動(dòng)的參與熱情,強(qiáng)化了全體員工的安全生產(chǎn)理念和安全思想意識(shí)，提高了員工安全管理和自我防范能力，為實(shí)現(xiàn)公司年度安全生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
